  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup of strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1-2 tablespoons of ground flax
  • 1 cup of spinach
  • Approximately 12 ounces of water, milk, yogurt, or your preferred milk substitute (start with 8 ounces or so, and then add more until you reach your desired consistency)
  • Ice (if desired)

  • For Muscle Maintenance: 0.6-0.65* grams per lb.
  • For Moderate Muscle Growth: 1-1.2* grams per lb.
